Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, there are no strings attached. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so 24 hours before the new repeat order is activated.
How does Keune Repeat work?
Select your product and choose your frequency. The subscription is debited periodically via direct debit. Before we send a new shipment, you will receive a reminder by email that we are preparing it for you. If you decide that you still have enough or want to add extra products to your order, you can go to your account page with a single click. Here you can adjust everything to your liking. If you do nothing, you will receive your shipment as agreed.

When can I expect my next order?
Log in to your account and select Keune Repeat. Then select your subscription. Here you will find the delivery time for your upcoming order. Would you like to receive your product sooner? Then click on ‘Reschedule’.
Do I have to pay shipping costs for Keune Repeat?
If your order is less than £40, shipping costs will be charged. Is the total amount of your order £40 or more? Then shipping is free. If you have two different delivery frequencies and the total amount per delivery is less than £40, shipping costs will be charged per delivery.
Can I order without Keune Repeat?
Yes, you can still make a one-time purchase of one or more products.
How do I cancel my Keune Repeat subscription(s)?
Which products can I choose?
With Keune Repeat, you can subscribe to any Keune product, from shampoo to beard oil. You decide how often you want to receive each product. For example, would you like to receive Vital Nutrition Shampoo every 4 weeks and Free Styler hairspray every 6 weeks? No problem. While stocks last.
Travel sizes, dispensers, and brushes are excluded from Keune Repeat.
Can I add one-time products to my Keune Repeat delivery?
Yes, you can. Please do so 24 hours before the next shipment is created. Log in to your account to change your order.

What if I want to change something about my subscription?
You can always postpone or skip a delivery, change your frequency, or change your products. You can even set your next delivery date from your account. It's up to you!
Why has my Keune Repeat order been canceled?
Sometimes the product may be out of stock at that moment, in which case your order will be automatically canceled. You can often reorder the next day via your account. It is also possible that your order has been canceled because the automatic payment failed. We try three times. If it is still unsuccessful after the third time, your order will be canceled.
How do payments for Keune Repeat work?
The amount will be automatically debited from your Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, or Google Pay when the delivery is created. Have you postponed or canceled your delivery? Then no amount will be debited.
