Return Policy

At Keune, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy. 

Products purchased from Keune.com must be returned unused, unopened, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.  

  • Returns will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive confirmation of your refund amount once your return has been fully processed. 

  • For items returned within our return policy, the price will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.  

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

  • Items you received as a gift, promotional items, final sale items, or products purchased somewhere other than Keune.com are not eligible for returns. 

  • Refunds issued to credit cards or Paypal, can take up to 7-10 business days to post to your account. 

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@keune.com within the 30-day return window. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. 

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@keune.com.  Please make sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) in your email. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
